📋 Description

• • Lead the enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) program to secure privileged accounts, vaulting, and governance across cloud, on-premises, and subsidiary environments, advancing PAM strategy and improving consistency of privileged controls organization-wide.
• • Mentor and lead direct reports and teammates, drive enterprise privileged cloud migration (Pcloud), manage high-risk privileged reduction initiatives, and partner across engineering, security, and business teams to resolve blockers and implement consistent vaulting and governance controls.
• • Join Humana Inc., a leading U.S. healthcare company dedicated to improving health outcomes for millions through insurance and CenterWell healthcare services, fostering a culture of technical excellence, service, and accountability.
• • Develop expertise in enterprise-scale PAM modernization, build VP-level privileged access scorecards, integrate PAM metrics into Problem Management, and serve as primary liaison for Risk and Compliance partners to address audit findings and control improvements.
