ďż˝ Description
- • Own the end-to-end US promotional launch of Orca-T, Orca Bio’s first-in-class, high-precision cell therapy for patients with blood cancers. You will architect the pre-launch, launch, and post-launch marketing blueprint that determines how thousands of hematologists, transplant centers, payers, and patients first encounter a therapy poised to redefine the standard of care.
- • Translate deep clinical insights into bold, differentiated messaging that resonates with academic KOLs, community oncologists, and multidisciplinary transplant teams. You will lead insight-generation initiatives—advisory boards, ethnographies, quantitative market research—and convert findings into crisp value propositions that clearly articulate survival benefit, reduced GVHD risk, and quality-of-life gains.
- • Design and orchestrate an omnichannel HCP engagement ecosystem spanning personal promotion, digital campaigns, paid media, congress activations, and non-personal tactics. You will map customer journeys, segment stakeholders, and sequence touchpoints so that every interaction reinforces Orca-T’s scientific leadership and patient-centric mission.
- • Build and manage a multi-million-dollar promotional budget and agency roster (AOR, digital, medical communications, creative, media buying). You will set KPIs, track performance in real time, and re-allocate spend dynamically to maximize ROI and ensure Launch Readiness milestones are met or exceeded.
- • Partner with Sales Leadership to co-create field enablement tools—core visual aids, objection handlers, speaker decks, and micro-learning modules—that empower the national sales team to deliver consistent, compliant, and compelling messages from Day 0 through Year 1.
- • Drive message testing and campaign optimization through rigorous market research, A/B creative testing, and post-launch analytics. You will champion a test-and-learn culture, ensuring every tactic is grounded in data and every insight is rapidly operationalized.
- • Serve as the commercial lead for promotional review committee (PRC) submissions, collaborating with Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Legal to secure timely approvals while maintaining the integrity of scientific claims and brand narrative.
- • Shape payer and patient marketing strategies in lockstep with Market Access and Patient Services teams. You will develop payer value stories, patient education materials, and caregiver resources that demystify transplant science and accelerate treatment initiation.
- • Represent Orca Bio at major hematology and transplant congresses (ASH, ASTCT, EBMT), leading KOL engagement plans, satellite symposia, and competitive intelligence gathering to inform future campaign iterations.
- • Foster a culture of courageous innovation—challenge conventional launch playbooks, pilot novel digital engagement models, and leverage AI-driven personalization to reach hard-to-see HCP segments.
- • Mentor and elevate junior marketers, instilling best-practice frameworks for brand planning, agency briefing, and performance measurement while modeling Orca’s core values of passion, courage, and integrity.
