- • This role partners with sales leadership, marketing, analytics, HR, legal, and other functions to improve sales force effectiveness for Regeneron’s Neurology product commercialization.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include setting operational strategy with brand teams, coordinating tactical plans, ensuring cross-functional alignment, collaborating on incentive compensation design, developing field metrics, supporting training initiatives, managing budgets, and overseeing strategic calendars and staff meetings.
- • The position sits within the Neurology Commercial Business Unit and reports to the Executive Director, Strategic Customer Engagement, Neurology CBU, working closely with regional directors and field teams.
- • The individual will develop expertise in pharmaceutical commercial operations, strengthen cross-functional leadership, gain experience in incentive compensation and field analytics, and build influence with senior executives while contributing to product launch success and field force performance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- • 10+ years of progressive pharmaceutical industry experience
- • Strong preference for field management and home office experience
- • Neurology experience preferred
- • Product launch experience preferred
- • Proficiency in Excel and ability to interpret data to drive business insights
