📋 Description
- • Strategic leadership role shaping IT solutions for enterprise-level HR applications across RTX’s three business units and Corporate Functions, driving alignment between technology and business goals.
- • Lead design and implementation of scalable digital enterprise architectures for HR processes, develop 1-, 3-, and 5-year strategies, and synthesize them into unified cross-functional roadmaps.
- • Collaborate with senior HR leaders, internal partners, and vendors to integrate emerging technologies like AI/ML, IoT, and blockchain into HR application architecture while ensuring compliance and scalability.
- • Mentor architecture teams, guide communities of practice, and provide thought leadership to foster strategic thinking and technical excellence across RTX’s IT organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 12 years’ experience in complex Enterprise HR environments with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture, Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- • Proven track record in developing, delivering, and supporting enterprise-scale HR applications, including expertise in HR & Payroll IT systems (e.g., estimating, pricing, treasury, tax, travel and expense) and data integration platforms.
- • Expertise in architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, DoDAF, SAFe) and experience migrating on-premise HR applications to cloud (AWS/Azure) while designing cloud-native solutions.
- • Demonstrated people leadership, budget ownership, and project management skills in IT service and financial management contexts.
