• • As Associate Director, Growth Marketing - Innovative Channels, you will own the end-to-end process of identifying, launching, and scaling new customer acquisition channels to drive high double-digit growth for Jerry.ai, a pre-IPO startup disrupting the $2T car ownership market with AI-powered solutions.
• • Day to day, you will research and prioritize emerging channels (e.g., insurance affiliates, direct mail, AppLovin, Reddit), design and execute rigorous experiments, analyze full-funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, incrementality), pioneer AI agent adoption in marketing operations, and partner with product, data, and creative teams to build scalable growth infrastructure.
