You will be instrumental in building new revenue streams, strategically expanding our clinic footprint, and developing cutting-edge health solutions for both corporate and individual clients, all while reinforcing the operational excellence of our existing services like Occupational Health (OH) Clinics, Wellness Programs, and Telemedicine.
- • Your leadership will encompass the commercial, product, expansion, and innovation pillars of our Health Services organization. A key aspect of your role will be ensuring a strong alignment between these commercial and innovative efforts and our core clinical operations, as well as the overarching strategic direction set by the CEO. This is a unique opportunity to influence the strategic growth and market positioning of a leading HMO, contributing directly to our mission of providing accessible, high-quality, and cost-effective healthcare.
- • **Lead All Business Growth & Commercial Pillars:** You will spearhead the Business Development, Corporate Health Business, and Commercial Innovation teams. This involves cultivating robust enterprise partnerships and developing strategic corporate channels (B2B). A significant part of your responsibility will be to craft and execute comprehensive commercialization strategies tailored for both the business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) markets, identifying new avenues for growth and revenue generation.
- • **Product Strategy & Service Innovation:** You will lead the Product Manager team in the conceptualization and design of innovative health, wellness, digital, and occupational health products. This includes creating integrated product portfolios that seamlessly combine corporate packages, lifestyle programs, and telehealth bundles. Your focus will be on ensuring strong product-market fit, meticulously aligning our offerings with the evolving needs of the employer market and the demands of individual consumers.

This requires conducting thorough feasibility studies, developing strategic growth mapping, and prioritizing expansion clusters to maximize impact and efficiency. You will also be responsible for building scalable business formats, such as mini-clinics, dedicated wellness hubs, diagnostic add-ons, and on-site workplace clinics, to meet diverse market needs.
- • **Strengthen OH Clinics, Wellness, & Telemedicine:** A core function of this role is to oversee the strategic direction and operational growth of our key service lines: Occupational Health Clinic Services, Health & Wellness Programs, and Telemedicine Operations. You will be tasked with integrating our physical clinics, digital health platforms, and corporate wellness initiatives into a cohesive and unified healthcare ecosystem, enhancing the member experience and operational synergy.
- • **Corporate Health Business & Innovation:** You will lead the development of sophisticated enterprise health solutions specifically designed for corporates, brokers, retail clients, and agency networks. This includes spearheading innovation projects, potentially involving AI triage systems, advanced digital lifestyle programs, and remote patient monitoring initiatives. The goal is to drive differentiated offerings that significantly enhance MediCard's value proposition in the employer health market.
- • **Strategic Partnerships & Regional Collaboration:** Building and nurturing strategic partnerships will be crucial. You will forge alliances with hospitals, diagnostic centers, fitness and wellness companies, telehealth providers, and Local Government Units (LGUs). Furthermore, you will actively engage with regional AIA health markets to facilitate knowledge sharing and identify opportunities for scalable innovations across different geographies.
- • **Financial, Commercial, and Market Performance:** Ultimately, you will own the revenue delivery for all commercial business lines. This involves managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) for products, services, and corporate health portfolios. You will also be responsible for closely monitoring the unit economics of our OH, wellness, and telemedicine programs to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
