📋 Description

• As an Associate Director - IT Project Manager at Guidehouse Inc., you will plan and lead major IT service delivery projects in accordance with ITIL v4 standards and ServiceNow CSDM alignment, playing a critical role in driving successful technology implementations for government and commercial clients.
• Day to day, you will translate complex business requirements into technical designs using ServiceNow, lead architecture design and development of ServiceNow implementations, provide technical guidance to development teams, conduct technical assessments, serve as the lead client contact for ServiceNow strategy, direct and monitor all implementation aspects, ensure quality assurance, conduct functionality reviews and testing, and ensure security, scalability, and maintainability of solutions.
• Guidehouse is a leading global provider of consulting services to the public and commercial markets, with expertise in technology, risk, and operations, serving clients across healthcare, energy, financial services, and government sectors, committed to delivering transformative outcomes through innovation and deep industry knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management or technology consulting
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Expertise in implementing multiple ServiceNow modules, preferably ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and IRM
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in team environments and build rapport with diverse stakeholders
• Desire to learn, grow, and seek increased responsibility
• Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and demands
• Heightened attention to detail when developing technical solutions
