Associate Director, Learning Design

📋 Description

• • Lead the design and development of sales agent training programs for Humana’s MarketPoint organization, overseeing a team of Learning & Development Managers and Design Professionals to create engaging, scalable training for new sales agents, sales systems, Medicare Advantage plans, and customer-centric selling practices.
• • Partner with sales channel leaders, operations, compliance, product, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify learning needs, translate business requirements into effective learning solutions, and ensure sales agents are equipped to perform confidently, compliantly, and consistently across the customer journey.

• • Develop expertise in instructional design leadership, program management, and learning analytics while driving continuous improvement in training effectiveness, learner readiness, and business outcomes such as time-to-proficiency, quality, compliance, and sales performance.
