• • The Associate Director, Livestock Customer Strategic Value leads field-force customer engagement strategy across livestock, driving synergies with predictive analytics, digital tools, and value-added services to identify growth opportunities and deepen customer loyalty for Zoetis.
• • Day to day, the role involves cross-functional collaboration with Livestock National Sales Directors, Marketing Directors, Customer Marketing, PAH, Tech Services, and Area Business Managers to identify high-impact platforms and services, co-build strategic and tactical plans, develop KPIs to measure value-add service impact, and lead change management through field force coaching, training, and quarterly field rides.
• • The role sits within Zoetis Inc., a global animal health company, working closely with livestock sales and marketing teams, Precision Animal Health, Data & Digital Solutions, and Zoetis Tech & Digital colleagues to co-create customer-facing tools like Precision Animal Health Dairy Wellness Optix, PV360, and Implant Summary Dashboard, while supporting future Pork and Equine tools.
• • The person in this role will develop expertise in strategic value-added service execution, cross-species platform alignment, data-driven customer engagement, and change management, while building leadership credibility through coaching field teams, demonstrating Zoetis Values, and driving accountability and transparency in a complex, fast-moving environment.
