- • The Associate Director, Market Access Learning, US Commercialization Learning is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping learning strategy, defining capability frameworks, and developing pathways that enable sustained field effectiveness for Market Access teams at Bristol Myers Squibb.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning end-to-end learning strategy for Market Access field roles, identifying capability gaps, designing onboarding curriculums, establishing learning design principles, providing strategic guidance to field trainers, overseeing training content lifecycle, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring learning integration into enterprise platforms, assessing learning effectiveness, and managing external vendors and partners.
- • The US Commercialization Learning organization serves as the catalyst for empowering the field force to drive transformative customer experiences that give patients access to BMS’ medications, operating within a culture that values challenging, meaningful, and life-changing work that transforms patient lives and careers.
- • In this role, the individual can learn and achieve strategic impact by influencing enterprise-wide learning initiatives, advancing capabilities in a complex cross-matrix environment, leading learning for product launches, and growing professionally through collaboration with top talent in commercialization, market access, and learning design at a global biopharma leader.
