- • The Associate Director of Resourcing is a newly created, high-visibility role at Directive Consulting LLC, serving as the central source of truth for resource data, capacity visibility, and staffing recommendations to support P&L owners, department heads, and leadership in making confident, data-driven decisions.
- • Day to day, the role involves updating pricing estimators with salary, markup, and FX inputs; partnering with Sales to scope new business opportunities; maintaining real-time team capacity views across divisions; modeling resource reallocation for client transitions; building data-backed hiring recommendations; and owning a rolling capacity planning model that integrates pipeline, actuals, retention, and margin data.
