- • As an Associate Director of Process Improvement at SS&C Technologies, you will lead enterprise-wide initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction using Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies across retirement plan services and retail financial servicing domains.
- • You will partner with senior leaders to identify and prioritize process transformation opportunities, facilitate workshops, develop KPIs, design customer satisfaction surveys, and mentor project teams while ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years, or high school diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience
- • Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvement initiatives in complex environments
- • Deep knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- • Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio) and data analysis platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
