- • Lead TPM deployment and strengthen equipment reliability across North America factories as a catalyst for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- • Facilitate breakthrough objectives, KPI development, Kaizen planning, and ITM maturity assessments while driving waste elimination through Lean daily management and visual systems.
- • Join Hitachi Energy’s global team committed to safety, integrity, quality, and sustainable energy solutions, partnering with factory leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to shape the future of transformer manufacturing.
- • Develop expertise in TPM, ITM, Lean systems, and continuous improvement while mentoring teams, leading cost-out initiatives, and delivering measurable gains in OEE and maintenance KPIs.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering or business, and/or 10+ years in Lean systems, continuous improvement, manufacturing, engineering, or TPM deployment.
- • Hands‑on experience with CMMS, Autonomous Maintenance, and maintenance KPIs.
- • Proven track record delivering measurable improvements including OEE gains.
- • Strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to influence without authority.
- • Experience implementing recognized operating systems (e.g., TPS, DBS, HOS).
- • Lean/Six Sigma certifications preferred.
