- • The Associate Director of Program Management, Customer Experience is a strategic leadership role at Amplify Education, Inc., responsible for overseeing project management activities across the Customer Experience organization with a focus on Professional Development initiatives. This role ensures strong project execution, clear communication, and consistent delivery across a complex portfolio of work that supports Amplify’s mission to serve over 15 million K–12 students nationwide through rigorous, engaging curriculum and assessment tools.
- • You will lead and develop a high-performing team of project managers, mentor them to excel in fast-paced environments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement by establishing scalable processes, reviewing performance metrics, and adopting best practices in project delivery across cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Sales.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning and overseeing the project portfolio, developing and managing detailed project plans with timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, partnering cross-functionally to define scope and success metrics, monitoring project health, proactively identifying risks, driving mitigation plans, and providing clear, consistent reporting to stakeholders at all levels.
- • You will serve as a subject matter expert in project management within Customer Experience, introducing and maintaining best practices for version control, feedback cycles, and project execution—particularly for Professional Development content creation and high-volume contractor hiring—while aligning project priorities with broader organizational goals to ensure efficient, scalable delivery.
- • The role requires close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Sales, and external partners to support seamless customer experiences across the full customer journey, leveraging data to inform decisions, exercising sound judgment, and managing multiple high-visibility, high-priority projects simultaneously to drive both short- and long-term business outcomes.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in strategic program management, stakeholder alignment, and operational scaling within the education technology sector, gaining leadership experience in shaping processes that directly impact educator effectiveness and student learning outcomes at a national scale.

🎯 Requirements
- • BA/BS degree required
- • 5+ years of people management experience in a fast-paced environment
- • 5+ years of program or project management experience
- • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
- • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects simultaneously
- • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet)
- • Experience in content development or digital production
- • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile CSM, or similar certification preferred
- • Experience in education technology or with CRM tools is a plus
