- • As an Associate Director of US Patient Advocacy at argenx, you will serve as the primary point of contact for external Patient Advocacy Organization (PAO) partners and internal teams, ensuring the patient voice is integrated early and often into development and commercialization efforts to better serve autoimmune and rare disease communities.
- • Day to day, you will develop and implement patient advocacy strategies for pipeline and in-market indications (including gMG and CIDP), build and manage relationships with US PAOs, represent argenx at patient events (including evenings and weekends), translate market strategies into actionable tactics, and partner cross-functionally to embed patient insights into development milestones such as endpoint selection.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
- • 10 years industry or related experience
- • Proven capability and success implementing innovative programs within rare disease and with minority and underserved patient communities
- • Proven track record setting and maintaining adherence to an Advocacy strategy for a given indication or Therapeutic Area
- • Veeva experience and proficiency required
- • Experience with rare disease patient interactions and compliance required
- • Willing to travel up to 50% of the time and attend events outside of business hours (e.g., weekends and evenings)
