  • • Develop and manage critical schedules for AP Exam Production, prioritizing hand-offs based on time-sensitive deadlines and escalating delays to protect timelines without compromising accuracy.
  • • Facilitate final validation processes for digital AP Exams, coordinating with content and technical teams to confirm integrity and compliance with production standards.
  • • Coordinate hand-offs of finalized AP Exams to downstream delivery systems and print vendors, ensuring seamless transition to production and distribution channels.
  • • Ensure accurate and timely setup of templates and data pathways for all AP courses and item types within College Board’s exam authoring and delivery systems.
  • • Collaborate with the AP Assessment Production team to revise, maintain, and standardize certification processes, job aides, checklists, submission reports, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • • Travel 3–5 times per year to College Board offices or event sites, with trips ranging from 1–2 days to multi-week stays during peak AP Reading periods (late May through June).
  • • Maintain a high level of adaptability, thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while balancing analytical, operational, and stakeholder-facing responsibilities.
  • • Demonstrate a client service orientation by proactively anticipating needs, resolving issues before escalation, and delivering high-touch support to Readers, Session Leads, and cross-functional teams.
  • • Apply sound judgment and attention to detail when auditing and managing large, time-sensitive datasets under tight deadlines.
  • • Cultivate a learner’s mindset by embracing new technologies, experimenting with AI-driven tools, and independently learning digital platforms to enhance operational effectiveness.
