📋 Description

• Architect and scale next-generation AI systems that redefine how enterprises operate. You will own the end-to-end technical vision for LLM-powered products, multimodal pipelines, and autonomous agent networks that serve millions of users and petabytes of data.
• Design resilient, cloud-native AI architectures spanning ingestion, feature engineering, distributed training, real-time inference, and closed-loop feedback. Your blueprints will set the standard for MLOps, LLMOps, data quality, model observability, prompt security, and hallucination mitigation across the organization.
• Lead hands-on prototyping and productionization of cutting-edge models—transformers, diffusion, graph neural networks, and reinforcement-learning agents—while advising on foundation-model selection, fine-tuning strategies, and evaluation frameworks (bias, drift, explainability, reliability, performance).
• Build and govern secure, high-throughput data platforms using lakehouse, medallion, streaming, and vectorized storage patterns on Databricks, Snowflake, Kubernetes, Ray, SageMaker, Vertex AI, and Azure ML. Define metadata, lineage, cataloging, and policy enforcement to ensure trustworthy AI at scale.
• Serve as the primary technical authority for CIO, CTO, and CDO stakeholders, translating ambiguous business objectives into crisp architectural roadmaps, reference implementations, and engineering backlogs. Conduct AI maturity assessments and architectural due-diligence for high-risk initiatives.
• Drive engineering governance by establishing coding standards, security guardrails, and performance benchmarks. Mentor distributed teams through architectural reviews, complex debugging sessions, and optimization of distributed training workloads on GPU clusters and serverless inference layers.
• Shape the external ecosystem through deep-dive workshops on agentic systems, generative AI safety, continuous learning loops, and intelligent automation. Collaborate with hyperscalers and partners (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, NVIDIA) to co-create technical accelerators and reference architectures.
• Stay ahead of emerging paradigms—multi-agent orchestration, RAG 2.0, synthetic data generation, self-improving systems—and translate research breakthroughs into actionable engineering strategies that deliver measurable ROI.
• Champion a culture of innovation and ethical AI, ensuring every solution is secure, compliant, and socially responsible while pushing the boundaries of what autonomous systems can achieve.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years architecting large-scale AI/ML and data solutions in cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with proven ownership of production-grade LLM, multimodal, or agentic systems.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern MLOps/LLMOps toolchains; hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Ray, SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Azure ML.
• Deep knowledge of transformer architectures, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, knowledge graphs, and agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Demonstrated success defining data governance, security, and compliance policies for regulated industries; familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, and model-risk-management frameworks.
• Exceptional communication skills with a track record of advising C-suite stakeholders and mentoring cross-functional engineering teams across multiple geographies.
