- • Investment Banking Associate, AI Residency (Part-time) at Aptura Inc. – Apply your bulge-bracket training to teach frontier AI models how to reason like a banker in valuation, modelling, and deal analysis.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include building realistic deal scenarios for AI testing, comparing human vs. machine judgment in financial reasoning, designing frameworks that translate banker intuition into AI challenges, and constructing expert benchmarks using real-world DCFs, LBOs, comps, and live deal cases.
- • Aptura partners with leading AI labs to integrate institutional finance expertise into AI development, combining ex-Lazard and Partners Group backgrounds with cutting-edge AI research from hubs in London and San Francisco.
- • This role offers direct exposure to AI model training in finance, the opportunity to be among the first IB professionals in India shaping frontier AI development, and a differentiated narrative for future roles in private equity, growth equity, or corporate strategy.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–4+ years of investment banking or corporate finance experience at a top international bank (bulge bracket, elite boutique, or top-tier global advisory)
- • Associate-level experience; sector agnostic
- • Strong modeling and valuation skills (DCF, LBO, comps, precedents)
- • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- • Real intellectual curiosity about AI in finance
