- • As an Associate Engagement Manager at Pure Storage, you will serve as the architectural backbone of the customer engagement lifecycle, ensuring proposals and partnerships begin with precision and clarity by bridging complex customer needs with Everpure™ Platform solutions.
- • You will drive proposal excellence by owning end-to-end workstreams for small-to-midsized engagements, manage the engagement lifecycle with predictable cadence, lead execution and accountability as the central coordination point, synthesize consultative insights through disciplined discovery sessions, and uphold governance standards with meticulous documentation hygiene.
- • You will join a team at Pure Storage that is reshaping the data storage industry, working alongside the smartest team in the field to deliver transformative outcomes for global clients through innovative thinking and structured momentum.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in cross-functional project leadership, customer-centric solution positioning, data-driven storytelling, and enterprise-grade proposal governance—growing your impact while contributing to meaningful, world-changing technology.

- • Proven ability to manage customer-facing projects or proposal workstreams with a focus on structure, predictability, and cross-functional collaboration.
- • Skilled at conducting discovery sessions to surface customer priorities and translating complex information into clear, persuasive written and verbal narratives for internal and external audiences.
- • High attention to detail regarding documentation hygiene, version control, and maintaining consistent quality across multiple contributors under tight timelines.
- • Proactive approach to learning new industries and tools, paired with sound judgment to navigate challenges independently or escalate for strategic guidance when needed.
