- • The Associate Fleet Manager role at Element Fleet Management Corp. supports the delivery of client fleet programs by executing critical day-to-day operational tasks and reporting functions, enabling the Fleet Manager to focus on strategic priorities while ensuring flawless execution and exceptional client service.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting vehicle ordering and disposition, compliance management, and reporting; maintaining accurate inventory of vehicles, equipment, titles, and fleet assets; preparing and delivering scheduled and ad hoc reports on fleet performance and utilization; acting as a liaison between internal teams and client contacts; coordinating with suppliers for service delivery and issue resolution; identifying process enhancements; and contributing to high client satisfaction through responsive, proactive support.

The role is embedded within the client’s office in Malvern, PA, but fully backed by Element’s resources and expertise.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in fleet operations, data management, supplier coordination, and client service excellence. You will gain hands-on experience with fleet management systems, Smartsheet, and Excel, while building skills in process improvement, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration—positioning you for growth into senior fleet management or operations leadership roles.
