• • As an Associate, FP&A at Ramp, you will be a pivotal member of the Strategic Finance organization, instrumental in shaping and scaling the company's financial planning and analysis capabilities. This role is designed for an individual with a strong financial acumen and a proactive, builder's mindset, eager to automate, systematize, and construct robust financial operations. You will collaborate closely with leaders across the organization to meticulously measure financial performance, identify opportunities for enhanced efficiency, and directly influence how Ramp allocates and prioritizes its valuable time and resources. • • In this dynamic role, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass owning the company’s consolidated financial model, which includes the crucial tasks of reporting on historical financial performance and forecasting future financial outcomes. You will be responsible for diligently managing Ramp’s performance against its established financial targets, proactively identifying strategies to meet or exceed these expectations, and implementing corrective actions when performance lags. A significant part of your role will involve facilitating the bi-annual budgeting and headcount planning cycles, providing essential guidance to steer Ramp effectively through its next growth phases. You will act as a key partner to business leaders throughout the company, assisting them in prioritizing critical focus areas, articulating clear and measurable business objectives, and fostering a culture of accountability.
