đź“‹ Description

  • • As an Associate FP&A Analyst at Filigran SAS, you will play a critical role in supporting the Finance team to maintain and enhance financial models, ensure accurate budget vs. actual reporting, and drive a structured performance review cadence with business leaders across the organization. Your work will directly contribute to the company’s ability to anticipate financial risks, allocate resources effectively, and support strategic decision-making in a fast-growing, remote-first cybersecurity innovator.
  • • Day to day, you will update and maintain core FP&A models to ensure they are accurate, well-structured, and auditable; produce monthly budget vs. actual reporting packs by department and cost center, analyzing variances to identify root causes and drivers; propose and implement improvements to model structure, drivers, and processes, including leveraging AI tools to automate recurring tasks; own the operational cadence for performance reviews with department leaders by scheduling and facilitating regular variance review meetings to discuss financial performance, risks, and corrective actions; build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across functions to ensure financial insights are understood and acted upon; and work closely with the accounting team to ensure data integrity and alignment between financial planning and accounting records.
  • • You will be part of a mission-driven, global, and fully remote company founded in October 2022 that is revolutionizing cyber threat management through open-source solutions trusted by over 6,000 public and private organizations worldwide. Filigran combines strong engineering standards with emerging technologies like AI to build resilient, collaborative security tools, guided by core values of Cohesion, Openness, Responsibility, and Equity. The Finance team operates as a strategic partner to the business, enabling data-informed decisions that support sustainable growth and innovation.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in financial modeling, variance analysis, and business partnering within a high-growth tech environment. You will gain hands-on experience influencing financial performance through proactive analysis and stakeholder engagement, sharpen your ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance leaders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes in a company that values ownership, innovation, and continuous learning. This position offers a clear pathway to grow into more senior FP&A or finance leadership roles as the company scales.

  • • 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, audit, corporate finance, or a similarly analytical role
  • • Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and experience building, maintaining, and stress-testing financial models
  • • Ability to communicate clearly with non-finance stakeholders and lead meetings with confidence and pragmatism
  • • High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and a continuous improvement attitude
  • • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Competitive pay + equity participation, allowing everyone to share in the company’s success
  • • Remote-first, flexible work environment designed to support work-life balance and personal productivity
  • • Freedom to choose your own work setup and equipment to suit your preferences and needs
  • • Twice-a-year global and regional offsite gatherings to connect in person, collaborate, and strengthen company culture
