- ā¢ The Associate French Payroll Specialist role is critical to ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing for CloudPayās clients in France, directly supporting the companyās mission to be the worldās most trusted global payroll partner.
- ā¢ Day-to-day responsibilities include managing end-to-end payroll activities per the monthly calendar, validating payroll outputs, reconciling pre-processing reports, researching discrepancies, maintaining audit trails, preparing monthly payroll reports for upload to the CP platform, and collaborating with implementation teams during payroll transitions.
- ā¢ The role sits within CloudPayās global payroll operations team, which upholds core values of professionalism, passion, empowerment, innovation, and teamwork, fostering a culture where employees are empowered to make a difference and drive continuous improvement.
- ā¢ This position offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in French payroll compliance, strengthen technical skills in Excel and payroll systems, and grow professionally through exposure to complex scenarios such as BIK, stock options, RSUs, non-residents, and court orders, while contributing to a mission-driven organization focused on innovation and employee experience.
šÆ Requirements
- ā¢ Proficiency in both French and English (minimum B2 level in English)
- ā¢ Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- ā¢ Minimum experience in payroll processing, including complex scenarios such as BIK, stock options/RSUs, non-residents, and court orders
- ā¢ Familiarity with French legal payroll requirements, statutory reporting, and forms
- ā¢ Strong time management and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
