- • Join Vetcove as an Associate General Counsel to help modernize the future of veterinary software and the pet parent healthcare experience, supporting over 25,000 hospitals across all 50 states and tens of millions of pets annually.
- • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements including SaaS, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, vendor and partnership agreements; advise on product development, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth initiatives while partnering with leadership, product, operations, and finance teams.
- • Work within a deeply embedded, cross-functional legal team that supports SaaS, ecommerce, marketplace, pharmacy, and veterinary practice regulations, requiring practical, proactive, and business-minded legal counsel in a high-growth startup environment.
- • Develop expertise in evolving legal areas such as privacy, FDA, DEA, telecommunications, and consumer protection; translate complex regulations into practical guidance and help shape Vetcove’s legal strategy as a trusted business partner.
🎯 Requirements
- • J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
- • 5-8 years of legal experience, including experience at a top-tier law firm
- • Strong commercial contracting experience with SaaS, technology, enterprise customers, MSAs, SOWs, order forms, DPAs, and vendor agreements
