📋 Description

• As an Associate Global Product Manager for Continence Care at Convatec, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our vital product portfolio. This role is a cornerstone in ensuring the seamless development, impactful launch, and continuous, effective management of our Continence Care solutions. You will operate as a key coordinator within the Global Marketing team, fostering high-quality execution across critical areas such as packaging, labelling, intricate market data management, and strategic market expansion initiatives. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the integrity of our product data, optimizing operational processes, and equipping our global markets with the essential information and tools needed to achieve outstanding commercial results and ultimately improve patient lives.
• You will serve as a core team member for all Packaging and Labelling projects, ensuring that our product presentation meets the highest standards of clarity, compliance, and market appeal. This involves meticulous attention to detail in reviewing and approving packaging artwork, ensuring all regulatory and branding requirements are met across diverse global markets.
• A significant responsibility will be managing the sourcing and validation of product codes, including ICC, SAP, PZN, and GTIN. This intricate process ensures that our products are accurately identified and tracked within global supply chains and regulatory frameworks, preventing errors and facilitating smooth distribution.
• You will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and rigorously validating the technical data essential for product registration in various international markets. This includes gathering and confirming details such as product weights, dimensions, and specific market codes, which are critical for regulatory approval and market access.
• Taking ownership of the production, maintenance, and approval workflows for Product Data Sheets is a key aspect of this role. You will ensure these documents are accurate, up-to-date, and readily available, serving as a vital resource for internal teams and external partners.
• You will actively support markets through the Market Extension Process (MEP), a crucial initiative for expanding our product reach. This support involves meticulously validating submitted data to ensure compliance and readiness for new market entries.
• Maintaining and updating the central repository of Release for Market (RFM) documents is paramount. You will ensure that documentation is accurate, current, and consistently applied across all relevant MEPs, providing a single source of truth for market readiness.
• Acting as the central Global Marketing contact for incoming Market Data Requests, you will efficiently triage these requests to the appropriate stakeholders, such as Global Marketing & Sales, Market Insights, and Finance. This ensures timely and accurate responses, facilitating informed decision-making and operational efficiency.
• You will play a supportive role in the development of Business Cases by collecting, verifying, and interpreting top-down model data. Your analytical contributions will help shape strategic decisions regarding product development and market investment.
• Performing regular data quality checks is essential to ensure the accuracy and robustness of all commercial inputs. This proactive approach helps identify and rectify potential issues before they impact business operations or strategic planning.
• This role demands a proactive problem solver with exceptional time management and prioritization skills. You will be expected to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic global environment.
