- • In this pivotal role, you will redefine the performance marketing landscape. Beyond the traditional analysis of data and optimization of campaigns, you will be an integral participant in creative ideation sessions, cultivate and manage global network relationships, and contribute significantly to strategic decisions that will sculpt Codeway's future vision. This is an opportunity to own the complete user acquisition funnel for a web product, driving its growth from conception to scaled success.
- • You will claim 360-degree ownership of a web product's marketing strategy, meticulously executing end-to-end user acquisition initiatives. This involves a deep dive into understanding the product, its target audience, and the competitive landscape to formulate and implement effective growth strategies.
- • A core responsibility will be managing the entire Creative Pipeline. This entails conceptualizing innovative ad creatives, formulating testable hypotheses, overseeing their implementation across various platforms, and providing constructive feedback to refine and enhance creative performance. Your ability to think outside the box and generate compelling ad concepts will be crucial.
- • You will be entrusted with the management and optimization of marketing campaigns across a diverse range of networks, including but not limited to Google (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta, and TikTok. This requires a data-driven approach to ensure campaigns consistently achieve target Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while scaling effectively.
- • Cultivating and nurturing meaningful relationships with external partners and agencies will be paramount. You will manage collaborations with key ad networks such as Google Dublin, Meta London, and TikTok Dubai teams, fostering strong partnerships that drive mutual success.
- • The role demands the proactive building and monitoring of Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards. These dashboards will serve as the foundation for deriving actionable insights, enabling you to track campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions to optimize spend and maximize return on investment.
- • Close collaboration with the product team is essential. You will work hand-in-hand to gain a profound understanding of user motivations, pain points, and behaviors, leveraging these insights to shape not only marketing strategies but also effective monetization approaches that align with user value.
- • Beyond the defined responsibilities, you will be encouraged to take on additional duties to propel your product's growth. This means embracing creativity, thinking beyond the conventional boundaries of performance marketing, and applying innovative, out-of-the-box growth-hacking techniques to unlock new avenues for user acquisition and engagement.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of performance marketing experience.
- • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.), Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and RTB platforms.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong command of written and verbal English.
