🎯 Requirements
- • 3-6 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing within a high-growth B2B SaaS or Product-Led Growth (PLG) environment.
- • Proven track record of designing, executing, and iterating on structured experiments to drive measurable growth, coupled with experience building automations and workflows to compound results.
- • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (e.g., events, content, email, partnerships, automations) with a clear focus on measurable ROI.
- • Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills, with the ability to understand complex growth engines, rigorously track ROI, and perform attribution analysis.
- • Customer-obsessed mindset with a proven ability to uncover deep user motivations and pain points to inform precise positioning, messaging, and ICP design.
- • Technically curious with experience in or a strong desire to learn SQL, Python, JS, or advanced Excel for data exploration, attribution, and reporting; experience with growth tools such as HubSpot, Clay, Lemlist, Zapier, GA4, and Mixpanel is a plus.
