One quarter, you might spearhead a market expansion into a new, untapped territory. The next, you could be deeply involved in auditing our technical integration processes, ensuring seamless client experiences, or architecting a global partnership strategy with our most significant existing partners. We are looking for a true 'builder' – someone who possesses a deep understanding of the AdTech mechanics and is relentlessly obsessed with process improvement. You will not merely follow existing pathways; you will actively contribute to forging the very road as we scale.
- • Your core responsibilities will encompass driving revenue growth across multiple fronts. This includes identifying and securing new business opportunities (hunting new logos), strategically expanding our presence into new geographical regions, and deepening relationships to grow revenue from existing accounts. You will be empowered to own the results of these initiatives, demonstrating a direct impact on Almedia's success. A critical aspect of this role involves mastering our product and its underlying AdTech technology. You will engage in sophisticated discussions with publishers, delving into the technical intricacies of SDKs, APIs, and monetization data, requiring a strong grasp of the 'why' behind our offerings. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in fixing and building robust processes. If you identify a bottleneck in client onboarding, data tracking, or any other operational area, you are expected to take initiative, design, and implement a more efficient and effective solution without waiting for explicit direction. Acting as the voice of the market, you will be on the front lines, gathering invaluable raw feedback from clients and partners. This feedback will be crucial in informing and shaping the future development roadmap for our Product and Engineering teams, ensuring our offerings remain at the cutting edge.
