This pivotal role is responsible for driving significant pipeline generation and marketing-attributed revenue, playing a crucial part in Synthflow AI's mission to revolutionize enterprise AI agent platforms. You will be instrumental in automating routine customer operations across voice, chat, and messaging, allowing teams to concentrate on high-value work. Our platform has already demonstrated remarkable success, automating over 20 million hours of operations, answering 60% more calls than non-AI operators, and handling 150 million interactions with an exceptional 99.99% uptime. As a Growth Marketer, you will be at the forefront of this exciting journey, translating cutting-edge product capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with mid-market and enterprise buyers, and collaborating closely with our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to accelerate funnel performance and drive substantial revenue growth.
  • • In this dynamic role, your day-to-day will involve taking full ownership and responsibility for scaling Synthflow’s entire growth engine. This includes meticulously managing and optimizing core acquisition channels such as LinkedIn and Google, alongside proactively identifying, testing, and scaling new, innovative acquisition loops that can drive sustainable growth. A key aspect of your work will be translating the sophisticated voice AI product capabilities of Synthflow into clear, concise, and highly persuasive positioning and messaging specifically tailored for mid-market and enterprise buyers, ensuring our value proposition is effectively communicated.
  • • You will work in close partnership with our GTM teams, including Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs), to enhance lead quality, streamline funnel conversion rates, and significantly accelerate deal cycles. This collaborative effort is essential for maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales and marketing efforts. Furthermore, you will be tasked with building and optimizing a comprehensive full-funnel growth system. This involves establishing robust attribution models, implementing precise campaign tracking mechanisms, and developing the necessary conversion infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on leveraging tools like HubSpot to their full potential.
  • • A significant part of your role will be to proactively identify and unlock new growth levers. This includes exploring and validating opportunities in areas such as strategic partnerships, customer referral programs, and outbound-supported campaigns. The ability to quickly validate hypotheses and then scale successful initiatives will be critical. You will also manage the marketing budget with a keen eye on performance, working in conjunction with the finance department to monitor key metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and payback period. Your responsibility will extend to defining clear ROI targets and rigorously evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing spend.
  • • Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will function as a hands-on individual contributor. This means combining strategic thinking with practical execution and technical marketing expertise to build robust, repeatable growth engines from the ground up. Your ability to combine strategic vision with tactical implementation will be key to success. You will be empowered to make data-driven decisions, iterate rapidly on campaigns, and continuously seek out opportunities to optimize performance across all growth initiatives.   • • The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of successfully building and scaling B2B growth engines, with a minimum of approximately three years of hands-on experience specifically across LinkedIn and Google advertising platforms. A deep and nuanced understanding of US B2B market dynamics is essential, encompassing proficiency in defining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), crafting effective messaging, and comprehending buyer behavior, particularly for high Average Contract Value (ACV) deals exceeding $250,000. Your expertise should extend to performance marketing, attribution modeling, and proficiency with essential marketing tools like HubSpot, including advanced capabilities such as form tracking and comprehensive full-funnel analytics.
  • • You must demonstrate a strong ability to design, execute, and iterate on experiments with speed and precision, possessing excellent judgment to discern what constitutes strong performance across various marketing channels. Experience collaborating closely with sales teams, specifically SDRs and AEs, within a sales-driven environment is crucial, where you have had clear ownership and accountability for pipeline impact. A strong analytical and technical mindset is a prerequisite, requiring comfort with data analysis, campaign tracking infrastructure, and various campaign management systems. Prior experience within a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company, coupled with a pronounced bias towards hands-on execution and a demonstrated ability to build growth functions from scratch, will be highly valued. This role is for a builder and a doer, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is eager to contribute to the success of a category-leading AI platform.
