📋 Description

• • The Associate HR Business Partner role at Bonterra Tech Holdings LLC supports day-to-day people operations while partnering with managers and employees to address employee relations matters, ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive workplace culture.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include executing core HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and employee lifecycle updates; maintaining accurate employee data in HRIS systems; supporting performance management cycles; responding to employee inquiries; serving as a first point of contact for employee relations concerns; conducting intake and documentation of workplace issues; coaching managers on performance management and feedback; supporting organizational changes; ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; and assisting in developing and updating HR policies and documentation.
• • Bonterra exists to increase the giving rate as a percentage of GDP from 2% to 3% by 2033, serving over 20,000 customers including 16,000+ nonprofits and 50% of Fortune 100 companies through its end-to-end solutions for the social good sector.
• • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in end-to-end HR operations, gain experience managing sensitive employee relations issues, build skills in coaching managers and driving organizational change, and contribute to a mission-driven culture focused on equity, inclusion, and measurable social impact.
