📋 Description

• As a Subject Matter Expert in Islamic Finance (Arabic – GCC), you will play a critical role in shaping AI systems' understanding of Shariah-compliant financial practices by creating and reviewing real-world financial scenarios in Modern Standard Arabic for a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing domain-specific tasks in Arabic that reflect authentic GCC Islamic finance contexts, applying scoring rubrics to evaluate AI and human-generated responses, reviewing submissions for regulatory and professional accuracy, and providing expert feedback to refine gold-standard solutions.
• You will collaborate with Lilt Production, a global leader in language AI and human-verified services, supporting enterprises, governments, and AI developers with multilingual solutions that bridge communication gaps across languages and industries.
• This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in Islamic finance while contributing to responsible AI development, expanding your professional portfolio, and influencing how AI interprets complex financial and regulatory content in Arabic-speaking markets.

🎯 Requirements

• Native proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) with strong professional English skills
• 5+ years of experience in Islamic Finance or Financial Services, including areas such as structuring, compliance, audit, risk, or investment analysis
• In-depth knowledge of Shariah-compliant financial products and frameworks, including Murabaha, Ijara, Sukuk, and related structures
• Familiarity with GCC regulatory environments, including central banks, capital market authorities, and tax/zakat frameworks
• Ability to write and evaluate professional-grade financial content in Arabic with high attention to detail and accuracy
