📋 Description

  • As a Marketing Talent Acquisition Business Partner at WellTech Limited, you will play a pivotal role in building high-performing marketing teams by partnering with hiring managers to develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies that support the company’s mission to improve global health through innovative fitness and wellness apps.
  • Your day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with marketing leaders to understand hiring needs, crafting compelling job descriptions that reflect WellTech’s culture, sourcing top talent through diverse channels including online platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals, managing the full recruitment lifecycle via an advanced ATS (Ashby), and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer.
  • You will operate within WellTech’s global Talent Acquisition team, supporting the Marketing division across its five international hubs, contributing to a workforce of over 700+ professionals dedicated to advancing health and wellness through technology.
  • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in recruitment marketing, employer branding, and data-driven talent acquisition, while gaining hands-on experience in scaling teams in a high-growth environment and representing WellTech as an employer of choice at career fairs and networking events.
