As a values-driven organization, we are seeking a dedicated Associate II, Fund Administration (Core IS) to join our rapidly expanding Investor Services team. This role is pivotal in tackling high-priority workflows for our Fund Administration and Deal Services clients, acting as a trusted partner to real estate private equity firms and their investors.
- • In this generalist position, you will engage in a wide array of critical activities across a diverse portfolio of service clients. Your responsibilities will encompass delivering robust administration solutions, managing complex payment processes, and ensuring stringent compliance services. This role offers a unique opportunity to significantly enhance your project management, communication, customer management, and process improvement skills. By delivering positive outcomes for our clients, you will directly impact their day-to-day operations and contribute to the overall success of Juniper Square.
- • A core aspect of your role will involve developing a deep understanding of Juniper Square's evolving software platform and the intricacies of the real estate private equity industry. You will leverage our proprietary software to provide exceptional support to our fund administration and investor services customers, ensuring they receive timely and accurate assistance.
- • You will be instrumental in performing essential workspace management tasks on behalf of our clients. This includes the meticulous creation of investor positions and the thorough review of client workspaces to guarantee accuracy and completeness. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of client data and operations.
- • During the crucial fundraising process for our clients, you will provide dedicated support. This involves gaining a comprehensive understanding of their specific goals and timelines, effectively articulating the unique value proposition of Juniper Square's software and established processes, and ensuring a smooth and successful fundraising experience.
- • Proactively monitoring customer health is a key responsibility. You will identify potential issues or areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to internal teams, fostering a collaborative environment focused on client success and continuous enhancement of our services.
- • A critical balance must be struck between fulfilling customer requests efficiently and adhering strictly to our defined scope of work and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This requires strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- • You will manage vital treasury-related activities, including the accurate logging of Limited Partner (LP) contributions and the seamless handling of payments for our clients. This requires a keen understanding of financial transactions and a commitment to accuracy.
- • A significant part of your role will involve investigating payment breaks and chargebacks. You will coordinate closely with our bank partners to resolve any exception items and address ad-hoc requests, ensuring financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- • You are encouraged to identify and flag areas where operational controls, processes, or services can be improved. By bringing these insights to your team leads and/or managers, you will play a direct role in shaping the future of our operational excellence and contributing to the strategic growth of Juniper Square.
