- • The Associate Inside Sales Representative (ISR) - Unmanned Systems role supports Silvus Technologies’ growth in the unmanned systems sector by assisting senior sales staff with customer engagement, quote generation, and CRM management while building expertise in advanced MANET and MIMO communications systems.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting Senior ISR and Sales Directors with timely quotes and customer inquiries, updating CRM systems, developing product expertise for unmanned systems applications, supporting virtual demonstrations and client meetings, tracking industry trends and competitor activity, preparing sales reports and follow-up materials, and providing logistics support for trade shows and demonstrations.
- • Silvus Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, Inc., develops battle-proven StreamCaster MANET radios and MN-MIMO waveform technology for defense, law enforcement, and public safety agencies, with roots in DARPA research and a mission to keep heroes connected in extreme environments.
- • This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, deepen knowledge of wireless technologies for mission-critical applications, develop client engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills, and build a foundation for advancement within a high-performance sales organization focused on national security and public safety.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma or GED
- • Minimum 2 years of sales, proposal, or analyst experience
- • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong communication skills and a passion for learning
- • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) or equivalent Google tools
- • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) due to federal contract requirements
- • Successful completion of background check and drug test required for employment
