- • The Associate, Investor Relations role at Crusoe Energy Systems LLC is critical to managing relationships with the investment community as the company scales in the AI infrastructure space, supporting transparent and strategic communication with equity and debt providers.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing investor reporting and outreach, coordinating non-deal roadshows and due diligence sessions, leading the quarterly earnings cycle (drafting press releases, preparing scripts, developing Q&A), serving as a point of contact for analysts and investors, and conducting competitive and shareholder analysis to inform IR strategy.
- • Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building the full stack from electrons to tokens, operating at the intersection of energy and AI to solve power bottlenecks for ambitious AI workloads, with a mission-driven culture focused on innovation and impact.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in public company investor relations, financial communications, and capital markets strategy, while building a robust IR function from the ground up and gaining exposure to senior leadership and board-level interactions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, or Equity Research
- • Prior experience supporting a company through an IPO or major public capital raise
- • Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and GAAP
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and IR platforms like Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or CRM software
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
