- • As a GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist, Senior at iDeals Solutions Group Limited, you will play a critical role in scaling the company’s Sales and Marketing functions globally, supporting a 2x growth target over the next four years by attracting top talent in key markets such as the USA and Europe.
- • You will own end-to-end global GTM hiring projects, managing the full candidate lifecycle from screening to offer, while partnering with sourcing teams, hiring managers, and TA specialists to ensure high-quality, efficient recruitment outcomes.
- • You will work within a fast-growing, remote-first team at iDeals, a globally recognized B2B SaaS leader in secure business collaboration, trusted by over 2 million users and known for its customer-centric innovation in Virtual Data Room and Board governance platforms.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in data-driven talent acquisition, stakeholder management, and process optimization, gaining the opportunity to influence hiring strategy, improve assessment methodologies, and grow as a trusted advisor to business leaders in a high-autonomy, KPI-focused environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in global full-cycle recruitment (end-to-end hiring ownership)
- • Experience hiring GTM roles in B2B sales in China and other APAC countries
- • English proficiency at C1 level or higher (written and spoken)
- • Demonstrated focus on hiring quality, with a structured and deep assessment approach
- • Strong commitment to best-in-class candidate experience and consistently high hiring standards
- • Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment with high autonomy and full project ownership
- • Data-driven mindset: ability to track funnel metrics, analyze conversion, and use insights to improve hiring outcomes
- • Stakeholder management: ability to advise hiring managers, run strong intakes, and influence decisions
