- • Be a part of the team at Floyd Valley Healthcare in our Home Health Department as a Registered Nurse (RN), providing skilled-nursing care to patients in their homes while promoting health and wellness in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
- • Day to day responsibilities include delivering skilled nursing care to patients with diverse diagnoses Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with on-call rotation every 4-5 weeks for nights, weekends, and holidays.
- • Floyd Valley Healthcare is a 25-bed critical access hospital affiliated with the Avera System, serving Le Mars and surrounding communities with a focus on compassion, integrity, and excellence in healthcare.

🎯 Requirements
- • Licensed as a registered nurse (RN) in Iowa and/or meets multi-state licensure requirements
- • ACLS/BLS certification required as a condition of employment
- • Mandatory Reporter training certificate required as a condition of employment
- • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
