- • Lead a team of AI Deployment Managers to enable enterprise customers to successfully adopt and operationalize OpenAI products such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Codex, Agents, and APIs.
- • Own technical enablement strategy, design and deliver high-impact engagements including onboarding, workshops, executive briefings, and bootcamps, and drive customer activation and sustained usage.
- • Hire, onboard, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technical enablement professionals, setting goals and performance metrics aligned with customer adoption and product success.
- • Partner with Sales, Technical Success, and Product teams to translate customer insights into scalable enablement frameworks, improve tooling and processes, and shape OpenAI’s enterprise playbook.
- • Lead strategic enterprise enablement engagements and help turn cutting-edge AI into real-world impact by moving organizations from experimentation to durable production use.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in technical enablement
- • 2+ years of experience leading technical, customer-facing teams such as solutions engineering, technical success, developer relations, or technical enablement
- • Strong technical depth across APIs, coding, agents, and AI systems, including understanding of RAG, model evaluation, fine-tuning, and system tradeoffs
- • Ability to explain complex technical systems to both executive and developer audiences
- • Experience leading technical trainings, workshops, or enablement programs for enterprise customers
- • Ability to connect technical capabilities to real business outcomes such as productivity, efficiency, and revenue impact
