📋 Description

• • The Associate, Issues Management role supports the Issues Management function for Capital Markets at BMO, acting as a Project Manager/Coordinator to ensure effective management of AML-related projects and issues from initiation to closure.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include executing project planning and monitoring, managing project life cycles, maintaining documentation and issue logs, escalating risks to VPs, preparing status reports, leading stakeholder meetings, and ensuring compliance with enterprise standards in Risk, Audit, and Compliance.
• • The role sits within BMO’s Business Management job family group and contributes to building best-in-class issues management processes in a matrix organization while collaborating across Lines of Business in Capital Markets.
• • The position offers opportunities to develop expertise in AML, risk, and compliance frameworks, strengthen project management and stakeholder engagement skills, and gain exposure to Capital Markets operations and regulatory expectations in a major financial institution.
