📋 Description

• The Associate, Knowledge Management role at Oxeon Partners is pivotal in transforming deep market and executive research into actionable insights that drive healthcare innovation and strategic decision-making across the firm’s Search and Investing entities.
• Day to day, the Associate will manage research strategy for approximately six concurrent executive searches, conduct market mapping, source high-quality candidates, maintain data integrity in Recruiterflow, produce client-ready deliverables like agendas and position descriptions, support business development with research-backed insights, and contribute to process improvements and team training.
• Oxeon is a healthcare-focused, employee-owned executive search and investment firm that partners with category-defining companies to solve systemic healthcare problems, leveraging a database of 100,000+ executives and 25,000+ annual conversations to deliver 10x+ valuation increases for partners through its unique flywheel of impact.
• In this role, the Associate will develop deep healthcare literacy, master Oxeon’s tech stack and business model, grow into a platform subject matter expert, lead knowledge sharing and training initiatives, and contribute to thought leadership and investing initiatives through process and technology improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in executive search, market research, recruiting, management consulting, or healthcare
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and databases (e.g., CRM, ATS, Google Suite) with a focus on improving efficiency and data integrity
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills with ability to adapt style to internal and external stakeholders
• Deep interest in healthcare ecosystem with ability to achieve baseline literacy and categorize sub-sectors within six months
