📋 Description

• Associate Learning Experience Lead at Kraken Technologies Limited, a technology company focused on creating a smart, sustainable energy system, where you will help clients build modern data capabilities and drive the clean energy transition.
• Day to day, you will guide clients in rebuilding critical reporting and analytics on Kraken data, coach client teams on analytics best practices including roles, tools, and processes, occasionally work hands-on with SQL or BI to unblock or demonstrate, and translate client needs into input for Kraken product and engineering.
• You will join a new client-facing data team as one of the first hires, playing a strategic role in establishing vision, practices, and playbook for data adoption and transformation across Kraken’s global energy clients.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in client-facing data leadership, strengthen your ability to bridge technical and business teams, and gain influence in shaping how energy companies leverage data for sustainability and operational excellence.

• Strong client-facing skills with a passion for working directly with customers

• Experience with SQL or BI tools for analysis and demonstration
