📋 Description

• • The Associate - Legal Operations role at Riveron Consulting supports the day-to-day execution of internal legal and compliance processes, playing a key role in helping the legal team scale efficiently while delivering practical, timely support to the business.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating legal intake and tracking, administering contract workflows, maintaining legal templates and corporate records, supporting compliance requests (KYC, due diligence, licensing), assisting with litigation administration, partnering with Finance and HR on documentation workflows, tracking outside counsel matters, and improving legal processes and reporting.
• • The role operates within Riveron’s Legal Operations team, collaborating closely with the Chief Legal Officer, Deputy General Counsel, Counsel, Corporate and Compliance, as well as cross-functional partners in Finance, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and business leadership.
• • The Associate will develop expertise in legal operations, contract lifecycle management, compliance workflows, and corporate governance while gaining experience in process improvement, cross-functional coordination, and operational excellence in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
