- • The Associate Manager Client Technology role at Harris Computer Systems Corporation is a leadership position focused on managing a team of monitoring analysts responsible for preventing client impact through proactive alert monitoring and incident resolution. This role is critical to ensuring service reliability and operational excellence in a 24/7 global command center environment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing individual contributors, providing weekly and monthly performance reports against key problem management KPIs, leading daily operational activities, partnering with cross-functional teams to expedite problem resolution, and driving continuous improvement in IT service delivery processes. The role emphasizes solving problems 'ONCE' through root cause analysis and preventive measures.
- • The team operates within Harris Computer Systems’ Global Command Center, supporting clients worldwide with IT service management grounded in ITIL frameworks. - • In this role, the individual will develop advanced leadership skills in managing technical teams, deepen expertise in ITIL-based incident and problem management, gain experience in cross-functional project coordination, and strengthen capabilities in performance management, staff development, and operational governance—positioning them for future growth into senior IT leadership roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- • 7+ years of IT experience, including at least 1 year of direct people management experience leading a team of 10 or more individuals
- • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, IIS, application support/troubleshooting, SQL blocking, and Windows cluster management
- • Proven experience leading teams in ITIL process-aligned environments, particularly in Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Logic Monitor, SentryOne, or AppDynamics
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
