- • The Associate Manager, Content Configuration Engineer is a senior individual contributor role within Duck Creek Technologies' Customer Success Engineering team, responsible for configuring content solutions in P&C core systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance while supporting Agile development processes.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring content solutions for moderate complexity Agile stories, interpreting regulatory standards (ISO, NCCI, AAIS) into system configurations, debugging and resolving configuration defects with root cause analysis, developing automated test scripts, participating in peer code reviews, maintaining version control, collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting system upgrades, mentoring junior members, and adhering to Agile ceremonies and company values.
