📋 Description

• As an Associate Manager, Global Payroll at KAYAK (part of Booking Holdings), you will ensure accurate and timely payroll for employees across multiple countries while leading a growing payroll team.
• You will oversee day-to-day payroll processing, manage tax reporting and compliance, coordinate with external vendors, resolve employee inquiries via ticketing systems, and serve as the primary contact for payroll tax notices and audits.
• You will collaborate closely with Finance, People Operations, Legal, FP&A, and the Booking Holdings Payroll Team to ensure alignment and accuracy across the organization.
• You will lead, develop, and support a high-performing payroll team, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment while contributing to ad-hoc projects and advising leadership on tax-related matters.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of recent hands-on payroll experience with multi-national payrolls
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred
• Experience leading or managing a team
• Strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and comfort working with large data sets
• Solid understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience with CloudPay and ADP would be ideal
