📋 Description

• You’ll join Spotify’s Global Government Affairs and Public Policy team, and will be based in Washington, DC.
• This team works closely with policymakers, regulators, and industry partners to help shape policy conversations that impact creators, users, and the broader digital ecosystem.
• In this role, you’ll act as a key operational partner to senior leadership—helping drive coordination, communication, and execution across a fast-moving and highly visible environment.
• You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the team’s efforts to track and analyze legislative and regulatory developments.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including policy, communications, and business development to ensure alignment and effective execution.
• You will be the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on legislative and regulatory matters.
• You will develop and maintain relationships with key policymakers, regulators, and industry partners.
• You will analyze and provide recommendations on legislative and regulatory developments that impact Spotify’s business.
• You will develop and implement strategies to advance Spotify’s policy goals.
• You will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement the company’s global government affairs and public policy strategy.
• You will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of legislative and regulatory developments.
• You will provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on legislative and regulatory developments.
• You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks to the company.
• You will work closely with the communications team to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
• You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the team’s efforts to track and analyze legislative and regulatory developments.
• You will develop and maintain relationships with key policymakers, regulators, and industry partners.

• 5+ years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in managing and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly visible environment.
• Strong relationships with policymakers, regulators, and industry partners.
