- • Partner with global brands and advertising agencies to develop data-driven audience insights that enhance the effectiveness of Spotify’s advertising solutions.
- • Design and execute measurement studies to evaluate campaign performance across Spotify’s audio and podcast platforms, leveraging proprietary analytics tools and third-party data sources.
- • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations that guide clients’ media planning and creative strategies.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Data Science to align advertising measurement initiatives with business objectives and product roadmaps.
- • Present insights and campaign results to senior client stakeholders through tailored reports, dashboards, and live presentations.
- • Stay current on evolving advertising technologies, consumer behavior trends, and measurement standards in the digital audio and podcasting landscape.
- • Support the development of scalable methodologies for audience segmentation, attribution modeling, and incrementality testing across Spotify’s global ad inventory.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing strategic guidance on how to optimize ad spend using Spotify’s unique listener data and contextual targeting capabilities.
- • Work closely with internal teams to refine ad product offerings based on client feedback and real-world campaign outcomes.
- • Ensure all client-facing materials and methodologies adhere to Spotify’s privacy policies and industry compliance standards.
- • Contribute to the growth of Spotify’s advertising business by identifying new opportunities for measurement innovation and client engagement.
- • Maintain detailed documentation of study designs, data sources, and analytical processes to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing across the team.
- • Support onboarding and training of new team members on Spotify’s marketing science frameworks and client engagement protocols.
- • Represent Spotify at industry events and client workshops to showcase thought leadership in audio advertising measurement and audience science.
- • Balance multiple client priorities and deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy, clarity, and professionalism in all deliverables.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, or a related quantitative field
- • 3+ years of experience in marketing science, media measurement, or advertising analytics
- • Proven ability to design and interpret attribution, lift, and incrementality studies
- • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar
- • Experience working directly with advertising agencies or brand clients in a consultative capacity
- • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business insights for non-technical stakeholders
