- • As an Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will own end-to-end hiring outcomes and ensure the quality of how the company hires, directly contributing to its mission of building superior application platforms globally while driving efficiency and societal impact.
- • You will drive hiring from intake to close by building pipelines from scratch using direct sourcing, referrals, and targeted outreach, making data-informed hiring decisions, removing process delays, redesigning interview assessments, and improving employer branding through candidate experience and content.
- • You will join a densely talented, highly motivated team focused on engineering and product excellence within a very flat organization where all members are expected to be hands-on and contribute directly to the company’s mission of digitizing insurance and expanding into AI-integrated applications serving over 8 million users.
- • You will develop expertise in end-to-end recruitment strategy, process optimization, data-driven hiring decisions, employer branding, and stakeholder management while gaining autonomy to challenge and improve systems in a high-growth, mission-driven environment.

- • Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (in-house or agency)
- • Proven track record of closing roles in a fast-paced environment
- • Strong sourcing ability to generate pipelines without relying on inbound applications
- • Good judgment to identify strong candidates beyond resumes
- • Ability to manage multiple roles with speed and consistency
- • Willingness to challenge and improve existing hiring processes
- • Clear, direct communication with hiring managers and candidates
- • Comfort operating with ambiguity and high expectations
