• • You will be tasked with editing and proofreading dealer communications to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
• • Ensure the maintenance of accurate dealer information, including data, pricing, list maintenance, and customer maintenance, forming the foundation for effective marketing efforts.
• • Manage and maintain calendars and timelines for all assigned marketing initiatives, ensuring projects stay on track and deadlines are met.
• • Actively promote customer acquisition and retention strategies, driving response rates and enhancing brand awareness and return on investment for the client.
• • Contribute to the creation and development of new processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency within the marketing solutions framework.
• • Produce periodic reports detailing the performance status of the dealer base, along with actionable recommendations for improvement and future strategies.
• • Implement and oversee quality control processes for all marketing materials, dealer selections, and dealer-originated copy, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
