📋 Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced physician who is passionate about enhancing healthcare strategies and supporting clients with their employees' general health needs. As a member of the Clinical Affairs Team, you will play a crucial role in representing Included Health externally, facilitating educational sessions, and providing invaluable support to our clients and internal teams.
• Reporting to the Director of the Clinical Affairs Team, the Medical Director - Clinical Affairs will serve as a key liaison between Included Health and external stakeholders. This role requires a proactive and dynamic individual who can effectively communicate the value of our clinical services, foster client relationships, and contribute to the strategic growth of our organization.
• The Clinical Affairs Team is dedicated to advancing healthcare innovation through evidence-based practices, patient-centered care, and strategic partnerships that elevate the standard of care for diverse populations.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in clinical affairs, healthcare strategy, and stakeholder engagement while making a measurable impact on patient outcomes and organizational growth within a mission-driven healthcare technology company.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed physician (MD or DO) with active medical license
• Experience in clinical affairs, healthcare strategy, or medical affairs within a healthcare or health technology organization
• Proven ability to communicate complex clinical concepts to diverse audiences including clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to foster client partnerships and collaborate effectively across teams
• Experience delivering educational sessions, presentations, or training related to clinical services or healthcare solutions
• Demonstrated commitment to improving patient outcomes and advancing equitable, comprehensive care models
